The product may have some questions during use, and we have compiled some precautions for 2.5 hp low temp condensing unit use to guide customers in their usage and installation.
What should be noted when adding refrigerant?
(1) Fill refrigerant from the high-pressure side after vacuuming.
(2) If the refrigerant is insufficient, charge gaseous refrigerant from the low-pressure side during system operation. If the system lacks refrigerant, the temperature switch or compressor motor thermostat will automatically reset. After 15 minutes of refrigerant charging, the system must run for at least 1 minute.
(3) Add refrigerant until there are no bubbles in the observation window, and it should not exceed the maximum amount. When the refrigerant charge is large, a receiver is required.
(4) The evaporator must be within the maximum refrigerant range. If the refrigerant charge of R404A is insufficient, then the liquid injection amount is insufficient; If overcharged, the oil will be diluted, causing damage to the sliding surface and compression of the liquid. In order to charge correctly, it is necessary to use a mirror for confirmation.
What Should be Pay Attention To When Electric Wiring?
(1) Please use a dedicated circuit! (Do not share with other products)
(2) Please install the grounding wire!
(3) Please install a leakage protector (leakage relay cannot protect)
(4) Do not allow wires to come into contact with high-temperature components (compressors, condensers, discharge pipes) and metal edges.
