Packaging and transportation of heat exchangers
There are usually two packaging methods for evaporators and condenser coils.
One is use cardboard packaging, as shown in the following picture:
We use high hardness cartons with printing customer specified information. The goods packaged in cardboard boxes can make full use of the space inside the container, loading more and saving shipping costs.
The second is package by pollywood cases like below picture:
Compared to cartons, wooden boxes are suitable for packaging those with irregular shapes, small quantities, or requiring multiple protections during long-distance transportation.
Pollywood boxes take up more space, but they can be transported multiple times and protect the products.
