Main Materials: Copper tube (or aluminum tube) and aluminum foil.
Structure: Copper or aluminum tubes are inserted into fins and expanded tightly.
Heat Exchange Mode and Performance: Refrigerant ↔ evaporator tube, condenser tube ↔ fins. Both air-cooled and frost-free finned evaporators are available, meeting the requirements of freezing at -18°C and refrigeration at -2°C to 4°C. The condenser dissipates all the heat generated by heat exchange.
Surface Treatment: Aluminum oxide coating on the aluminum tubes and aluminum fins.
Internal Quality: No leakage. Meets the internal cleanliness requirements for CFC and CFC-free refrigerants.Additional Notes: A liquid tube distributor is used. The heat transfer area of the evaporator is calculated based on the evaporation temperature, condensation temperature, and refrigeration capacity, and is equal to the sum of the surface area of the copper tubes between the fins and the surface area of the fins.
